Our delivery charges will be displayed after your shopping cart.  Modern's extensive network partners can deliver to over 30 countries. Your shipping prices will be clear after your shopping cart.

Modern have a exclusive European delivery network and we can cover all European deliveries at competitive pricing.

For all international and European deliveries our sales team will contact you within 24 hrs after purchase and advise alternative delivery pricing of your choice, Please note that if you are not happy with the delivery pricing we will refund your account in full.

If you require international or European pricing prior to your purchase please send an e-mail to sales@moderniconic.co.uk and provide the following:

2 ) Full delivery address

Our team will then contact you and provide pricing prior to starting your bespoke production.

We start production within one week of purchase and will be delivered worldwide within 4 - 14 weeks.  

If the first delivery was attempted but failed, a second delivery will be free but if this fails then additional delivery fees may apply pending carrier used. 

All deliveries must be signed for and any damaged notified within 48 hours of recipt of delivery, Any items not received within ther time frame indicated by our customer care team please contact us so we can investigate your delivery schedule, our team can be contacted via customersvcs@moderniconic.co.uk

Someone must be able to sign for your goods during normal working hours and this person should be known by you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address have been supplied. Deliveres are based on Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00, All the above carriers have tracking services that will be availible to you.

All deliveries are Curbside and will not be taken into your premises or unpacked, this can be quoted on a case by case basis.  Please contact our customer care team via customersvcs@moderniconic.co.uk

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when it is simply unwanted.

You may return the product to Modern Iconic should you find it damaged or the goods do not meet your approval.

Any courier damages should be advised by or e-mail, together with a clear digital image of the damage, within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

If the goods do not meet your approval, we can either offer a refund or an exchange. You will need to notify Modern Iconic by e-mail or phone within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Our Modern Team will advise at the time the UK delivery point.


The cost of any returns carriage shall be borne by you. All returns should be insured against carrier damage i.e. recorded delivery. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the item until it is received by us. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging to avoid damage.


All returns will be assessed for damage and customer abuse, should we feel that either have been carried out we may either, offer a partial refund, or no refund. We will not accept returns if the item is used, unless found to be faulty.  In the event of a fault you must first contact Modern Iconic by e-mail, we may wish to send personell to access the fault, for possible repair, before agreeing any return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
